IR Physician Assistant
TRA Medical Imaging is a growing 42 physician-member group based in Tacoma, Washington. Our practice is balanced between our four outpatient imaging centers, in addition to providing service to four community hospitals: Tacoma General/Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital and St. Joseph Medical Center in Tacoma, St. Francis Hospital in Federal Way (between Seattle and Tacoma), and St. Clare Hospital in Lakewood (south of Tacoma). In Q1 of 2009 we will be adding our fifth hospital, St. Anthony’s Hospital in Gig Harbor.
Primary duties of the PA would include performing various radiology diagnostic examinations, assisting with and performing interventional procedures utilizing imaging guidance, facilitating inpatient and outpatient consultation and post procedural follow-up, and working closely with our seven Interventional Radiologists, two Neurointerventional Radiologists and three Physician Assistants to support our rapidly expanding IR and NIR service.
Strong clinical experience with surgical, intensive care or interventional radiology/cardiology background preferred. This position requires a licensure to practice in the state of Washington.

Interface Analyst
TRA Medical Imaging is seeking a SQL DB/ HL7 Interface Analyst. The SQL DB/ HL7 Interface Analyst will maintain, upgrade Databases, create scripts and reports. This position will also create and maintain HL7 interfaces to various systems.
Requirements
• College degree in CS, Engineering, or related.
• Min 2 years as a DBA for SQL Server databases.
• Thorough understanding of SQL scripts, queries and database structures.
• Minimum 2 years experience working with HL7 specifications and interface engines.
• Thorough understanding of HL7 V2.x

Cisco VOIP Network Engineer
TRA Medical Imaging is seeking a Cisco VOIP Network Engineer As part of the IT team, is responsible for routine maintenance, develop, manage and implement small projects, provide documentation and cross-training of peers. Opportunities to take part in projects outside the normal scope of network engineering.
Requirements

• CCNA, or CCNP,
• Cisco VOIP CCM ver 4.x or 6.xx Experience
• 5-10 years of WAN / LAN
• Router, switch and IP configuration experience

Interventional Radiology Nurse

Mammography Technologist
On-call positions available to assist with coverage of the Carol Milgard Breast Center. Performs screening and diagnostic mammograms.
